Cancel contracts

Use the button below to cancel such a contract. You do not need to sign in to do so.
How the cancellation works
- The button opens a form in the web app. There you enter your name, your email address, optionally the contract (for example the plan or customer number), the type of cancellation – ordinary, or extraordinary with a reason – and the date: at the earliest possible date or on a specific date.
- With cancel now you submit the cancellation. The page then shows you the content of your declaration with the date and time of receipt; you can print or save it. We also send you a confirmation by email.
- If you are signed in to the web app and an ordinary cancellation can be clearly matched to your subscription, it is registered immediately for the end of the term, and the confirmation states that date. Otherwise we process it within two working days.
A subscription from the App Store or Google Play
A subscription you took out in the app via Apple's App Store or via Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it there, in the store's subscription management:

- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
